Tyler & Peery was founded in 1990 by trial attorneys John N. Tyler and Dennis C. Peery. Our firm focuses on cases involving serious personal injuries, including automobile accidents, truck accidents (such as semi truck or tractor trailer collisions), medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability (including inadequate security), construction accidents, oil field accidents, drug recall and defective medical devices (such as pacemakers), and other types of cases involving negligent or reckless behavior.
