Highway Worker Killed in Hit-And-Run Accident in Texas
A 41-year-old highway worker was killed on June 25th in a hit-and-run accident in West Texas. The worker was at the site of a maintenance project at the time that the accident occurred.
These types of incidents are unfortunately common. Though few details have been released and the victim's identity has not been revealed, it appears that investigation of this matter will be ongoing. It does appear that the worker was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Family members of the deceased worker are likely at a loss as to what to do next in regard to these circumstances. The driver responsible for the accident may never be found. And even if this person is located, there's a chance this individual will not have insurance or have the sort of finances to help the family out.
