Common sense would dictate that a driver who strikes a pedestrian should

driver. The driver reportedly struck and seriously
injured a female pedestrian. Witnesses say the vehicle in question was a dark brown or gray SUV.
According to investigators, the woman was crossing an intersection while
walking her dog. She was struck and knocked to the ground by the vehicle.
It is said that the car also ran over the woman’s foot. Sadly, the
dog was killed in the accident.
