Our San Antonio law firm combines the work of four personal injury specialists certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. With more than 130 years of combined legal experience, our attorneys have achieved a high level of experience beyond the accomplishments of most attorneys.
In order to become board-certified in personal injury trial law in Texas, an attorney must:
- Have been licensed to practice law for at least five years
- Devote a required percentage of practice to personal injury for at least three years
- Have handled a variety of personal injury trial law matters that demonstrates involvement and experience
- Attend personal injury trial law continuing legal education classes regularly
- Have been evaluated by fellow lawyers and judges
- Pass a day-long written exam
